| QUESTION: |
My coaches have their own systems for rotations and playing time so why do they need FairTurn? |
|
Let's say you league has 50 teams. If your coaches have their own system that means that each week your coaches are using 50 different systems for determining equal playing time and rotations. Within those 50 systems I imagine that some of them are quite good but would you agree that some are not so good. Those "not so good" systems are where your calls from parents come from aren't they? Wouldn't having a more uniform system league wide be a benefit to your league?

Who can use the tool? |

| QUESTION: |
Not every child has the skills to play every position. |

Would you agree that most of the kids can play all the positions? That's why coaches need FairTurn. By simplifying who plays when and where for the majority of the players the coach has more time and can devote more attention to the kid that needs more help. Remember the story about Michael Jordan not making his highschool basketball team. Every kid wants the chance to be the star
it's your job as coach to give it to them!

| QUESTION: |
When do I write the names on the tool, do I need to do it the night before? |
|
No. Wait until the minute before the start of the game. (That's when everyone shows up)
Then it's three easy steps:
- First count the available players and select the card for that number of players.
- Next write a player's name at each position while calling out initial assignments.
- Then relax and enjoy the game, knowing that the next quarter, inning or period, you'll simply turn the wheel clockwise for the next rotation or lineup.
